When should we contact you for a consultation and to start the process?
Most of our consultations occur between 4 and 10 months before your wedding date. We recommend that you give yourself enough time to decide on wedding colors and style.
How long does it take to make custom invitation packages?
Custom invitation packages will usually begin 4 to 6 months before your wedding date, allowing 1 to 2 months for design and production time. For those with tighter deadlines, we will do our best to accommodate you if scheduling allows. After we receive your signed contract and deposit, the design process will begin with a consultation about what you want your wedding to convey, incorporating your theme, colors, and vision to create a wedding package that sets the tone for your big day. We will walk you through the step by step process of creating an invitation that says as much about you as it does about your wedding details.
What are your prices for wedding invitations?
Because everything we do is custom, the price is different for every invitation set. The style of invitation, types of papers used, number of inserts, number of layers, size of invitation, style of printing, use of embellishments such as liners or crystals and quantity, all impact the price. The best thing to do is to determine your real budget and we can work together to create a beautiful invitation that suits you and your budget. For an idea of our pricing here are some ranges of what most couples spend on their Creatively Engaged invitations. Flat Card: $5.00 to $9.00; Layered Cards: $6.00 to $10.00; Pocket Card: $7.00 to 13.00; Pocketfold: $9.00 to $15.00 and up. A suite consists of the invitation and return addressed envelope, RSVP card with addressed envelope or an RSVP postcard and an additional insert.

Do you have a minimum order?
We have a minimum order of $350 for custom wedding invitations. There is no minimum quantity. Our suites are sold in sets of 5.
How many invitations should we order?
When you have a final count of the number of invitations needed, we suggest adding an additional 5 to 10. You will want a few to keep for sentimental purposes and it is always good to have extras for any last minute additions or should any get lost or damaged in the mail.
Do you address envelopes?
Yes, we offer both digitally printed and hand calligraphy for envelope addressing through trusted and dedicated vendors. We will incorporate your fonts, designs and colors to tie the invitation and envelope together for a complete look. We will provide you with a simple spreadsheet to complete for proper formatting.
For help with questions regarding addressing envelopes we are pleased to share our Envelope Wording page with you.
When should we mail our Save The Dates?

When should we mail our Wedding Invitations?
It is customary to mail wedding invitations 8-10 weeks before the wedding date. You may want to mail as early as 10-12 weeks ahead for a destination wedding.
What should we use for an RSVP date?
RSVP deadlines are typically 3 to 4 weeks before your wedding. This allows time for the guests to reply and also leaves enough time for you to finalize seating arrangements. You should verify with your reception location to see if they have any special requirements such as food selection prior to the date.
